Collaboration Beer with Pink Boots Society Released This Month

As stated on their website, Pink Boots Society aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. They are truly the movers and shakers in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry. Chapter members consist of women and non-binary individuals that own the brewery companies, package the product, design the labels, serve the drinks, write about our industry – and just about everything in between. Most importantly, they teach each other what they know through our own seminar programs, and they help each other advance both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house careers by raising money for educational scholarships.

This dry-hopped Pilsner beer was brewed on International Women’s Day at Ex Novo Brewing Co. by the Pink Boots Society crew. The aroma gives off unexpected berry notes well-complimented by a subtle spice while light honey and fresh citrus flood the palate. We’re excited to announce that 4-packs are now available at Restoration Pizza in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
