Restoration Pizza sits merely 2 miles away from the Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque, NM thus making it the perfect place to catch the hot air balloon mass accessions.

While pizza is our specialty, as a New Mexico local and Native woman-owned shop, we appreciate a good home-cooked meal. We’ll be serving up Carne Adovada and the classic Bacon & Green Chile breakfast burritos as well as Biscuits and Green Chile Gravy and more, yum!

Saturday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 4th 7am to 10am, the team will be serving up fresh breakfast options. Each ticket includes a breakfast item of your choice. Space is limited so it is recommended to pre-purchase tickets on Restoration Pizza’s website. Aisle Twelve espresso and matcha pop-up will be there serving up gourmet beverages for purchase.

Collaboration Beer with Pink Boots Society Released This Month

Put the Pilsner on a Pedestal Pilsner Lager | 5.5% ABV | 47 IBU

As stated on their website, Pink Boots Society aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. They are truly the movers and shakers in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry. Chapter members consist of women and non-binary individuals that own the brewery companies, package the product, design the labels, serve the drinks, write about our industry – and just about everything in between. Most importantly, they teach each other what they know through our own seminar programs, and they help each other advance both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house careers by raising money for educational scholarships.

This dry-hopped Pilsner beer was brewed on International Women’s Day at Ex Novo Brewing Co. by the Pink Boots Society crew. The aroma gives off unexpected berry notes well-complimented by a subtle spice while light honey and fresh citrus flood the palate. We’re excited to announce that 4-packs are now available at Restoration Pizza in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
