Award-winning beers don’t just happen. Bosque Brewing Co. started developing recipes in 2010, and have been full-scale brewing since 2012. With years of perfecting our recipes and operation, we are very proud to have our work recognized at both the local and national levels, with awards from the Great American Beer Festival, the World Beer Cup, the Brewing News IPA Championship, and the New Mexico Brewers Guild IPA Challenge. Try them all, and tell us which one YOU think is the winner. It’s okay if you think they’re all exceptional!
Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Bosque IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, providing a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops, where myriad aromatics and flavors are coaxed out of a blend of our favorite hop varieties.

DRIFTWOOD OATMEAL STOUT

beyond the trees
The world of ciders delves into adjuncts, dry hopping, and more but we thought our first splash in this style should be a classic. This no-frills apple cider lives up to our line of staple and specialty beers, but stands out on its own. The Bosque Cider is crisp, clean, and dry with a hint of apple sweetness, making it a palate pleaser all year.
5.6% ABV | 10 IBUs
A nose of wet, fresh-cut grass deceives your palate when it comes to this blood orange-cranberry kettle sour. Cranberry’s assertive tartness is up front, while hints of sweetness from blood orange puree and tangerine concentrate swirl in the middle of each sip. It finishes on a crisp yet dry note with a hint of minerality — much like a brut rosé.
6.2% ABV | 25 IBUs
For the times when you want a medium-bodied beer with slight hop presence, the Sabro Pale should be your go-to. The single-hopped pale ale uses the newer Sabro hop variety that brings welcomed notes of oranges and stone fruit with a slightly herbaceous mint finish. Hop bitterness comes at the end of each sip without wrecking your palate.
5.6% ABV | 15 IBUs
The real treat in a bowl of Cocoa Pebbles is drinking the cereal milk at the end. Our brewers added 250 pounds of Cocoa Pebbles to this brown ale, giving it a strong presence of chocolate and cacao nibs. The addition of lactose gives it a smooth finish reminiscent of the chocolatey milk after a bowl of cereal.
6.7 ABV | 65 IBUs
Brewed in honor of our Las Cruces coworker James “Spacelion” Narvaez, this IPA has a nice hop presence using Galaxy, Cascade, and Citra that impart notes of zested lemon and grapefruit without overwhelming bitterness. It is perfectly balanced with a strong malt backbone.
TAKE ON MEAD
Our Take on Mead is easy drinking with medium candy sweetness. Local New Mexico honey notes swirl with floral notes of pleasant cherry blossom, delicate rose petal, and honeysuckle. This mead is sparkling, not still, making it a great taste of spring time in New Mexico.
